    These ways can help us keep our physical and emotional (情绪的) health. First, we must keep away from smoking and drinking. Second, we should do exercise every day. We can walk to school instead of taking a bus or a car. Third, we shouldn't eat too much fast food. We can eat more fruit and vegetables.

    Many studies show that people always feel better when they're with friends than when they're alone. So be sure to make some friends.

Staying healthy is important at any age and that doesn't change just because we have a few more white hairs.
