    Good health depends on good lifestyles(生活方式). Read the follow advice and it can help you have good health.

    Have a bedtime. Sleep is considered the third pillar(支柱)of health. As a result, getting enough sleep is important. One of the simplest things you can do to get enough sleep each night is to set a bedtime and follow it strictly.

    Cut out sugar where you can. I used to have a sweet tooth. If you put cupcakes, ice-cream or cookies in front of me, I'd certainly eat them. But the more I learned about how much sugar is bad for my health, the more I realized I had to cut out sugar of my everyday food. Now instead of juice and soda, I only drink water. And I'm always trying my best to stay away from sugar.

    Know when to stay off your phone. This is another thing I'm still trying to be better at. We're used to putting our eyes on those small screens. And we often forget something else that's more important. It's not friendly to let your friends wait while you are busy answering your e-mails.

    Cook food yourself. Salad looks healthy. But when it's made with sugar in a restaurant, it can be different. The same goes for any other food. So the best way to truly know what you're eating is to just make it yourself.
