There are seven days in a week. The first day of a week is Sunday. My mother wants me to have a strong body. So she tells me to have healthy food and play sport everyday. Then she gives me a list. On Monday I have rice, milk, chicken and vegetables. On Tuesday I have a little meat, eggs, soup and bread. On Wednesday I have eggs, fish and noodles. On Thursday I have some soup, and meat. On Friday I have some bread, meat, eggs and chicken. On Saturday and Sunday I have some soup, fish, rice and chicken. Everyday I must have some vegetables and fruit. And play sport everyday.
