There are many festivals in China every year. They are Mother's Day, Father's Day, Children's Day, Teachers' Day, National Day, Nurse Day, the Dragon Boat Festival, Chinese New Year, the Double Ninth Festival, the Mid-Autumn Festival and so on. But my favourite festival is Chinese New Year - the Spring Festival. Because I can wear beautiful new clothes. Families eat a big dinner, eat dumplings and fish on Chinese New Year's Eve. We visit our friends and relatives (亲戚). I can get lots of lucky money from them. I can watch fireworks and firecrackers, too. There is a lot of fun. Though before the Eve I do a lot of things, I am happy.
