    Running for fun

    Running regularly helps you to keep fit. That's why millions of people run several days a week and take an (积极的) part in races. Not many of our readers would choose to go for a swim in such (低)temperatures, but in some countries, ice swimming has been popular for centuries. Some people say it can help strengthen the body. But you have to have the (勇气) to try it— and it's only for people who are already fit and healthy!
