Dear Mr ＆ Mrs Miller,

This term Mike could do better in self-control（自我控制）but he is not in the way we want him to. I think more family care will help him solve this problem.

Mike is very smart, but it is hard for him to do his homework for a long time. However, he seems to be better now. Mike is able to do his homework very well. He is good at spelling and can use the words correctly（正确地）in his homework. He can also work out the math problems quite easily. Mike is very interested in science. He enjoys reading books and writing reports in an interesting way.

I enjoy having Mike in my class. He is going to study in Grade Three next term. Miss King will be his teacher. I hope he can do better than before.
