Iain, a Welsh singer, is becoming 1 in China, after singing "red" songs in a talent show. Iain was 2 in singing when he was a student. And he taught 3 how to sing songs from CDs. His friends thought he had a special 4 for singing and always asked him to perform at their parties. Iain 5 to China in 2004. Now he can speak Putonghua as 6 as Chinese. He lives in Sanya 7 his Chinese wife.
Several months ago, he joined 8 talent show in China. "I was very happy to 9 to the final round. But the day before the show, I got a phone call. 10 told me that I couldn't go on" he said.
"No one 11 me a real reason. Maybe they didn't like a foreigner singing red songs." He said. "There weren't many foreigners in the show so they noticed me 12 than the other performers. But when people watch a foreigner 13 red songs in Chinese, they always find it very 14 . 15 , it couldn't stop me."
