Food is very important (重要的) because it can make us strong and healthy. We have three meals every day. The most important meal is breakfast. In China, we usually have rice or noodles for breakfast. We can eat a lot at noon (中午), but we shouldn't eat too much in the evening. We must eat all kinds of food, such as fish, chicken, eggs, vegetables and fruits. Some people like foreign (外国的) food, like KFC or pizza. But so many foreigners like Chinese food now. There are a lot of Chinese restaurants (餐馆) in foreign countries.
