The person I love most is my mother. She wasChinese teacher in a high school for over 40 years before she retired (退休) in 1990. Mother(do) a lot for me when I was a child. She always cooked us delicious and(health) foods. In fact, she was the(good) cook in the world in my eyes.
Mother is 80 years old now and isold to cook. One day I invited her(go) out for dinner. We went to a restaurant,was not big, but very nice and quiet. Mom took my arm as if she were the First Lady.we took our seats, I had to read the menu. She could not see very well. While reading the menu, I raised my eyes and saw Mom(sit) there looking at me. There was a proud smile on her face. "I read the menu when you were small," she said. "Then it's time that you relaxed and let me returnyou have done for me," I replied.
