Jin Yong(10 March 1924—30 October 2018) was a Chinesewuxianovelist, cofounded the Hong Kong daily newspaperMingBaoin 1959 and served as first editorinchief. He was one of the most famous writers in China.
Hiswuxiahas a widespread following in Chinese communities worldwide. His 15 works (produce) between 1955 and 1972 earned him a reputation as one of the greatest and most popularwuxiawriters ever. Over 100 million (copy) of his works have been sold worldwide.
