Yesterday was Ben's birthday. His parents decided to have a birthday party for him in the evening.

In the morning, Ben and his father cleaned the house and decorated(装饰) the sitting room. Then they went shopping for the party. They bought a birthday cake, some chocolates, some fruit and some birthday candles(蜡烛) in the shop. They came back home from the shop and put these things on the table. In the evening, all Ben's friends came to his house. They gave him a lot of presents. The children sang the song "Happy Birthday" to Ben. Ben blew out(吹灭) the candles. After eating some cakes, they played inside and watched cartoons happily.
