Drunk driving is a very serious issue in China. It is(legal) to drive after drinking alcohol, but there is still drunk driving, (cause) deaths and injuries. The deadly result (raise) heated debates on whether offenders deserve more severe punishment for these years.
There are a number of reasons the increase of drunk driving in China. Firstly, China's(high) sociable but sometimes excessive(过量的)drinking habits should(mention). People often persuade others(drink) more, even if they know their friends may drive after drinking. Secondly, the (press) on drunk driving is not heavy enough. Many people argue thatcost of drunk driving is too low, so drunk drivers do it again and again.
