Tea

When it comes to tea (the world's 2nd favorite drink after water), the warmer and warmer climate is not only making the world's tea-growing areas smaller in size, but also changing its taste. Recent research shows that the number of tea-producing areas in some places, especially East Africa, may decline(减少) by 55% by 2050.

Seafood

As temperatures rise, rivers and oceans take in some of the heat and experience warming of their own. The result is a decline in fish population.

Scientists think that if people overfish and the temperature continues rising, the world's seafood will run out by the year 2050.

Rice

As for rice, the changing climate is more of a threat to the growing method than to the crops themselves. As increasing temperatures bring more droughts(干旱), the world's

rice-growing areas may not have enough water. In fact, the water needs to be 5 inches (英寸) deep. This could make it harder to grow rice.
