    There is a stone named Lang Gong in Lingyan Temple. During last Dongjin peirod, Lang came to the mountain. He found the scenery here so he built a house to live in. Here lived a great old general whose name was Zhang Zhong. He got  knowledge of Fo just like Lang. They talked about Fo with each other every day and became good friends.

One day, the emperor ordered Zhang to fight the enemy. Zhang said to Lang and led his army to the frontier fortress. Since Zhang left here, Lang had been standing at the of the mountain to see if Zhang would come back. He didn't know Zhang had died at Huayin over the enemy until he turned a stone. Later, local people called the stone Lang Gong.
