Hello, friends! My name is Cindy. I'm 12 years old and I live in a small town in the south of Britain with my mom, dad and sister.
I love spring because Easter (复活节) is in spring. It is my favorite festival. It is a festival of new life. My mom makes a kind of special bread for Easter and we eat it for tea. We usually have Easter activities at school. To many children like me in the UK, Easter means (意味着) chocolate (巧克力) Easter eggs. We give and get a lot of them.
On Easter morning we usually have a big breakfast. After breakfast we play the Looking for Easter Eggs game. My parents hide some Easter eggs around our house. My sister and I look for them. We love playing it. In the afternoon my cousins, aunts and uncles come over for tea. We have cakes and tea. After tea we usually go for a walk.
Easter is a great family festival and there is no school for two weeks. So I like Easter so much.
