This month we had to choose a club. I waited until the last minute. Many of the activities were already full, and I decided to join the Cooking Club because at least I would get something to eat.

It was the first time to be here. Most people are in the club for more than a year, so they already know what they're doing. And since they all know each other, they weren't exactly interested in anew-comer.

What a terrible day! I knocked a bottle of orange juice off the table! Maybe all the other kids would never stop laughing. And it was not easy to get juice off your clothes.

One of my bright ideas worked out for a change! Everyone laughed when I handed out the chocolate "panda" cookie I made yesterday, but this time I was laughing, too. It was a great success. We're even planning to make more cookies for the school food festival next week.
