Maybe you pride yourselves on only sleeping a few hours a night. However, are you feeling tired and sleepy throughout the day?  Have you nodded off ( 打 瞌 睡 ) while driving?  If you aren't getting enough sleep, you should:

★Avoid eating big meals before sleeping. Eating a big meal can make you feel sleepy.

★Avoid using electronic(电子产品)before bed. The light from electronics can keep you from falling asleep.
