Confucius(孔子) was born in Shandong. When he was only three years old, his father died(去世). His mother gave him a good education(教育). He studied hard and became a good teacher when he was thirty years old. He had about three thousand students in his life(生命；一生). He wrote lots of books. And he lived to be 72. He was a great thinker(思想家) and educationalist (教育家). He is famous all over the world.
