Dear Mr. He,

I am a student in Grade 8 now. This term, I have a new subject—physics. I think it is very interesting but difficult. I can't find good ways to learn it well.

What's more, I am a slow student in my class. I think all the subjects are more difficult than those in Grade 7. So I spend more time on my homework every day. Sometimes, I have to stay up until 11 o'clock in the evening to finish it. So I don't have enough sleep these days.

I think most of my classmates are much better than me. That makes me get very stressed out. I'm afraid I can't fall asleep on the nights before tests. As a result, I always feel sleepy the next day. I really need some help. Can you give me some good advice?
