Food Pyramid(金字塔)

At the top is fatty food, such as oil, sweets and junk food(垃圾食品). They are tasty but unhealthy. We should only eat a little fatty food. Fatty food is not good for our bodies.

Meat and dairy products(乳制品) make us strong. But too much of them makes us fat and unhealthy.

Just above grains are fruit and vegetables. Fruit and vegetables keep us from getting ill.

At the bottom(底部) are grains(谷物). We should eat more grains than anything else. With every meal, we should have some bread, rice or some other kinds of grain.

●Drink 8 glasses of water every day.

●Do exercise for at least 1 hour every day.
