Dear Helpers,

I'm a middle school student from No. 4 High School. I'm sad these days because I have problems with my friend. Can you help me?

My friend, sometimes, asks me for all of the answers to our homework. I refused her, so she got angry. What should I do?

Berk

Dear Berk,

I had a friend like yours in primary school. We had a fight and ended our friendship.

So, if you still want to be friends with her, try to talk with her and be friendly. Tell her that getting answers from other people would only do harm toherself. People learn new things by thinking and solving problems on their own. Nobody else can do that for her.

You can help her with her study. You can go over the lessons together, for example. Maybe she won't get angry and will do homework by herself.

Annie Green

Dear Berk,

You're right. It's not good to give the answers to your friend.

How does your friend usually do in her exams? If she gets bad grades, you could try telling her that she will do better if she does her homework by herself and learns from the mistakes.

You could also try to help her with her homework if you have time. But don't just give her the answers. Try to help her work through the problems so she can know what to do. Maybe she just needs a hand.

Mike
