Gratitude is not only an art in daily life, but also part of our traditional virtue (美德). Has your mother or friend told you that you're an ungrateful person? If so, then you will definitely need to work on being a more grateful person.
The proposal to show gratitude has been put forward in the last few decades. Although such encouragement is morally meaningful, it seems still to be too abstract . So, how can you make giving thanks part of your daily routine?
