Earth is our home. What should we students do to save our Earth?
Use reusable bags.
When you're getting ready to leave the grocery store, a commonly asked question in the checkout line is this: "Paper or plastic?" In reality, whatever you're choosing between paper and plastic, no matter your intentions (意图), you're still choosing "wrong".
Recycle.
Recycling is such a simple thing to do. Instead of throwing recyclables in the trash with your non— recyclables, take an extra step to put recycling cans around your schools.
Save electricity!
Use energy—efficient light bulbs (节能灯泡) instead of regular bulbs. They last longer, which will save you a bit of money too.
Save water.
Water is wasted more often than we can see. Turn off the faucet (水龙头) as you are brushing your teeth.Limit your water usage as you wash dishes. Changing old habits will be quite good for the environment.
Walk or cycle.
So walk or use your bicycle if the journey is a short one.
It's high time each and every one of us took action. Let's do it together!
