从方框中选择合适的句子填入空缺部分,完成短文

It's normal to become angry. When you have too much homework, when your team loses a game, when a friend uses your bike without your permission (许可), you can get really angry.

For example, your face turns red, you can't say a word. But sometimes you hide(隐藏) your anger(气愤).  If you hide your anger, you may get a headache or your stomach may hurt.

We can do something to deal with it.  When you talk about anger, bad feelings can start to go away. Here are some other ways: count from 1 to 100, go to the movies, play soccer, etc.

Anger can make everything worse.  Don't let it control(控制)you.

A. Usually, your body will tell you when you are angry.

B. It's helpful to talk about your anger with others.

C. Of course, it is bad for you to hide it.

D. Many things can make you angry.

E. Try to control your anger.
