Many people get nervous when speaking in front of a crowd. So here is some advice to help.
Plan what you'll say
What questions may the others ask?How would you answer them? If you think about them, you'll make fewer mistakes.
Practice
Practice makes perfect. So try speaking in front of your friends or family and ask for their advice. For even more practice, you can join a club. For example, most countries have Toastmasters clubs. People often learn and practice how to be better at giving reports there.
Think about your fears
When you are giving a report, something may go wrong. Because of this, you may feel afraid of public speaking. But in fact, things may not happen as you fear.
Focus on(专注于) helping your listeners
Instead of focusing on your nervous feeling, think about your listeners and how your report might help them. And they may not even know you're nervous.
