6:10~7:30 run every day but Sunday.
7:30~8:00 breakfast
8:20~12:00 physical training(体能训练)on Tuesday,Thursday and Saturday.
12:00~14:00 lunch and noon break
14:00~17:00 diving training every day
17:00~17:30 physical therapy(理疗)
18:00~18:30 dinner time
19:00~22:00Chinese, English and math and other courses
22:30 go to bed
