Bryan Tsiliacos was nervous about turning 30 in 2023. One day, he decided 1 down all the things he was thankful for in his life. "And at that moment, he found 2 was behind every wonderful thing. It was the love and kindness from others, "he said. In order to give back, Bryan3 a goal(目标)of completing 30 acts of kindness before his 30th birthday

For his first act, Bryan made more than 400 cakes 4  firefighters. He gave 150 supply kits(物资包)to middle schools as. 5 second act. For his latest third one, Bryan prepared 118 care 6  . He gave them to the workers in a local animal shelter(收容所) 7  . Each box had snacks, some oils, vitamins and much more to help them stay. 8 both in body and mind

"Just seeing the smiles on 9 faces is the reason why I'm doing this. I won't forget this experience, "Bryan said. He has also recorded his acts of kindness on social media. He hopes that others will see them 10 try to give back as well.
