Laughter(笑,笑声)is good for you. Why? For one thing, laughter is good exercise. When you laugh, you exercise many muscles(锻炼许多肌肉)in your body. One hundred laughs equal ten minutes of running. When you laugh, you also breathe deeply(深呼吸). This helps you relax(放松). That's good for you, too.
