Amy is my classmate. She was not scared （害怕的） when we went rock climbing for the first time. She was OK when everyone was scared to see a snake in the classroom. Amy is a girl with guts. I wish I was like her.

"Lily, can you come to my house this weekend?" Amy asked me. I was happy but a little scared. I never had a weekend away from my home. But my mother asked me to have a try.

Amy's house was near the hill. On Saturday afternoon, we climbed the hill and picked fruit. On the way back, we saw a beautiful butterfly and ran after it into a field of com （玉米）.

All the corn was very tall. We walked and walked but couldn't get out. "Lily, we are lost. I'm scared," said Amy. Amy was scared? I couldn't believe （相信） my ears.

"Don't be scared," I said to Amy. Then I got an idea. We started to go straight between two rows of corn and walked on and on.

At last, we were out of the corn field. We jumped happily. "Lily, you are a girl with guts! You got us out!" said Amy. Maybe Amy is right. I am a girl with guts now.
