Everyone wanted Jane to be a lady-in-waiting (宫女), but Jane wanted to be a knight (骑士). 

Every day, she saw the knights practicing their fighting. 

Jane told her mother about her dream, but she didn't agree. "You should be a lady-in-waiting to the Queen like me!" Jane's mother said. She told her father, but he said, "Only boys can be knights. " She told her brother, but he didn't listen. 

At last, Jane told her sister Lisa about her dream. Lisa showed Jane a box with a suit of armor (一套盔甲) in it. "I also dreamed of being a knight, but I wasn't brave enough (足够勇敢), " she said. Lisa gave Jane the armor as a gift. After that, Jane practiced the knight's fighting every day. 

One day, a bad dragon came and took the Prince away! The knights were not there, so they couldn't help. "Is there anyone to save my son?" asked the King. 

Jane said she could. She fought with the dragon for a long time. At last, she took the Prince home. The King made her a real knight and had a big party for her. 

Jane thanked Lisa for the armor. They danced and danced at the party.
