The wind doesn't believe it, so it blows even harder. However, the man just doesn't let go of the hat. The wind can't make it.
Now, it is the sun's turn. The sun just smiles at the man. The man starts feeling warm. As the sun smiles and smiles, the man feels hotter and hotter, and finally, he takes off the hat.
Seeing this, the wind has no more words to say and agrees that on this day the sun is the stronger one.
