Days before a big meeting in Tokyo, an explosion(爆炸) takes place around the building where there will be a meeting. Conan thinks this is strange. Why does the explosion take place before the meeting, but not during the meeting? Conan finds a police officer named Amuro at the place of explosion. He thinks Amuro may know something. He looks into Amuro. At the same time, Conan's neighbor Kogoro Mouri is caught because the police found his fingerprints (指纹) at the scene(现场) of the explosion. But Conan believes Mouri had nothing to do with the thing. He tries toprovethis.
