My guide dog, Amelia, has been with me for more than three years. She has given me courage to enjoy life.
My most difficult time was when I knew" I got cancer(癌症). Amelia was there for me all the way. She helped me beat(打败) theillness. For seven weeks, I had to have radiation therapy（放射） five days a week. Each time we arrived in front of the hospital, Amelia knew where we were. All I had to say was: Amelia, take Mommy to the room. After a few trips, honestly, I even didn't need to tell her which room we had to get into. She knew the way. Without Amelia's help, I would not have the courage to go through the hardest time.
Today our journey still goes on with fun and happiness. In the past few years, we have visited many places and have met many wonderful people. To me, Amelia is not only a dog but a family member. She always brings me happiness and I love her so much.
