"Dreams may be more important than sleep. We all need (dream)," some scientists say. Dream take up about one quarter of our (sleep)time. People have several dreams each night. Dreams are like short movies. They are usually colour. Some dreams arc like old movies. They come to us over and over again. That may be because the dreamer is (worry)about something. Dreaming may try to find answer.
Some people get new ideas about their work from dreams. They may think their work all day. These ideas can carry over into dreams.
Sometimes we wake up with a good (feel)from a dream. But often we can't (remember)the dream. The dreams can go away (quick)from memory.
Too much dreaming can be harmful. The more we sleep, the (long)we dream. The mind is hard at working when we dream. That's why we may have a long sleep and still wake up tired.
