    The Daily Mirror says that spring comes early but the BBC says it comes late. Who is right? The answer is a bit of both.
    We all have an idea of what spring means - many flowers, warmer weather, more rain, birds' singing and so on. If you think when the thrushes (画眉) sing, spring comes, then it's late this year. If you think when flowers come out, spring comes. Then it's early. Bluebells? Spring can be right on time.
   There are many things in spring, but they don't all come at the same time. Some may come early, and some may come late. So we don't define spring by looking at one animal or plant. We must watch many things to define it. Do you think so?
