James used to have a (甜的) tooth and he liked fast food as well. He said fast food (闻起来) and tasted so great. One of (爱好) was sitting in the sofa with a bag of candies and watching his favourite (卡通片). He never went to take (锻炼). As a result, he was very fat and often had (感冒). His mother always told him to pay attention to his (健康), but he didn't listen.

    Now after a bad (疾病), James decides to make a change. He is now a (成员) of a running club and he goes running with others for half an hour every day. What's more, he has (参加) part in long-distance races several times. Although he is often the last one to finish the races, he is still very happy because he has really made a big difference.
