    As students, we usually get upset by homework and many other things that require our attention. It can be easy for us to complain.  Instead of complaining about all the things we have to do, we should actually consider them in a different way.

     You can make plans for the week and include the things that you look forward to in your plans. You can also go to your youth group or go for a walk. These ways can help you reduce(减少) your stress.

    The test week is a time when bad feelings often cloud our life.  Just study and try your best.
