Many people want to lose weight (减肥) by having less food for their meals. Is it helpful if you don't have your breakfast? Does your body work well without having breakfast?
Not a long time ago, a test (测试) was given in America. People of different ages,from 12 to 83 took the test. During the test, these people had all kinds of food for their breakfast, and sometimes they had no breakfast.
The result shows that if a person eats a proper (正确的) breakfast, he or she will work better than the person who has no breakfast. If a student has bread, fruit, vegetables, eggs and milk for breakfast, he can learn better in class.
The result also shows that if you want to lose weight, be sure to have a big breakfast. If not, you will be so hungry that you can't help (忍不住) eating too much for lunch or supper.
Then you will put on weight instead of losing it. You will not be fat when you have a right breakfast and reduce (减少) your other meals at the same time.
