There is an old saying, "Early to bed and early torisemakes a man healthy, wealthy and wise." It means that we should go to bed early in the evening and get up early in the morning. It's true that our body needs enough sleep to be healthy. Children should have ten-hour sleep every night. Those who don't have enough sleep can't do their work well. They will not be clever and they may not have a bright future.
The body needs exercise as well. Walking, running, jumping, riding bike and playing games are all exercises. Exercise helps to keep the body strong and fit. It also helps the blood to move around inside the body. The blood takes food to all parts of the body. The head needs blood, too. So exercise helps people think better.
