I am a new student of Blue Sky Middle School and2avolunteer (志愿者), group in my school last month. Thereare about one hundred students and teachers in3group.We do all kinds of things to help others. We do helpful things like cleaning thestreets,4the old people and the disabled (残疾人士).
Every Saturday morning, I go to help Granny Li with two of my5.We do housework for her and talk with her. Granny. Li is over 70 years old. Shehas no children. Her husband has died. She6alone.She is in great need of our help. She7standsby the door and looks forward to our coming. She is very nice and we al1likeher very much. We often talk about8things with her. And we also tell her aboutour9life.
After I become a volunteer, I know that it is better to10thanto get. When you help others, you will get happy. I should learn from Lei Fengand help people often.
