Dale Smith is thirtytwo years old. He works at a radio station. He walks to work every day. From Monday to Friday, he gets up early, usually at six o'clock. He needs to have a quick breakfast and then goes to the radio station. We can listen to his program (节目) at 6: 30. He works for five years at the station and he is never late for work.
Dale Smith likes his job and he also likes doing sports. On weekdays he usually runs for a quarter after work. On weekends he always joins his friends to play basketball in the afternoon. It's his favorite sport. Sometimes he goes swimming with his family. He does a lot of exercise, so he is really healthy. For food, he likes vegetables with rice best. He also likes chicken and he says it tastes good. He doesn't like icecream because it is not good for his teeth.
At night Dale often goes to bed early. He really has a happy life.
