Vitamin C | Vitamin C is good for our bones (骨头), teeth, and even our brains (脑) . | We get Vitamin C from orange > tomatoes and potatoes. |
Vitamin D | Vitamin D helps make strong bone. | We get Vitamin D from eggs, fish, milk and from the sun, too! |
Vitamin E | Vitamin E helps keep our blood healthy. | Vitamin E is in nuts (坚果) and green vegetables. |
