B: I often read for about an hour, and then I try to think of something else to do. For example, I sometimes look out of the window to relax. But after a while, I usually decide to go on reading.
M: You must be careful not to hurt your eyes.
B: OK. Thanks for your advice.

M: So they are. It's also one of my favorite books.
