The word CIFTIS is short for China International Fair for Trade in Services. Holding CIFTIS is a big event for our nation. During 2020 year's fair, many new top technologies were found. Among them, the following technologies were the most eyecatching.
★AIpowered garbagesorting robot
It can detect and sort the garbage on the conveyor belt(传送带)and then throw it into different dustbins. For example, it will put plastic bottles and containers into recyclable dustbins. What makes the robot so special is the result of garbage sorting. With advanced technologies such as cloud computing and robot automation, the robot can sort through garbage 98 percent correctly, which also will significantly lower the cost of garbage sorting.
★Bionic(仿生的)machine shark
A dark gray, lifesize "shark", was also displayed. This bionic shark can move forward by imitating(模仿)the swinging motion of fish tails. It has the fastest speed of about 11 kilometers per hour, which is much faster than the average speed of other bionic submersible(潜水的)vehicles. People can find lights, a camera system and imaging sonar(声呐)in it. It can be used for underwater searches, seafloor mapping and underwater shooting.
★Driver tiredness warning system
A warning system to prevent people from falling asleep while driving was introduced at the fair. It can judge whether the driver is tired by monitoring how long the driver's eyes close or if his or her head drops. If the driver enters a state of tiredness, the system will immediately sound an alarm until the driver's eyes reopen. In the future, other dangerous driving behaviors, such as not wearing a seat belt and making phone calls while driving, might also be added into this warning system.
With the rapid development of global service trade in recent years, CIFTIS has become a new driving force for the world growth, and attracted more and more other countries to attend the fair.
