My name is Anna. I am 13 years old. I am a student in Grade 7. I like to play badminton and I walk to school every day. I am strong and have lots of energy.
For breakfast, I usually eat a piece of bread and some eggs. And I drink a cup of milk. This gives me about 400 calories(卡路里) to start the day. I often have a big bowl of rice and some beef or fish and also a banana for lunch. But I don't like apples. This gives me 900 calories for the afternoon and for a game of badminton after school.
For dinner, I usually have bread, meat and vegetables. I don't have hamburgers and cola because they are not healthy for me. But sometimes I have a cake or ice cream. At dinner, I take in about 750 calories. Later in the evening, I often have a snack.
I need to eat a lot of healthy food. It is also important to exercise every day. Healthy diets give me enough energy and exercise helps me keep fit.
