Most people know his name and consider him as one of (有影响力的) Chinese thinkers, but very few people know who Confucius really was and what he really said.
Although his father died when Confucius was young, he didn't give himself up. Thanks to a friend, Confucius was able to study at the Royal Library, where he got the (知识) and formed his world view. It was also in the Royal Library that he (意识到) the importance of education and found the direction of his life. In order to put his ideas into practice, he spent many years making
(演讲) from state to state, trying to find a proper ruler. After failing to find a (公平的) ruler, Confucius made the (决定) to return to his home town and became a teacher. Among the (日常的) discussions between Confucius and his students, some of his meaningful sayings (记录) and made into a book called The Analects.
Today, millions of people worldwide still read his sayings to get (勇气), thinking that can help them improve their thinking (能力) and then live a better life.
