Cathy likes swimming very much. She joins the swimming club. She swims for two hours every day. She often gets tired after she has a swim. She thinks she needs a lot of energy(能量). She wants to be healthy.
In the past, Cathy ate a lot of sweet foods between meals. She liked ice creams and candies very much, and she didn't eat fruit or vegetables. Now she knows that sweet foods are not good for her, so she doesn't eat them now.
Now, she always eats bananas and some bread for breakfast, and then she often drinks some milk. Sometimes she has rice with fish and an apple for lunch. For supper, she usually eats meat and vegetables.
