A new city will be built in New Mexico, United Sates and seems the same as any other city, except for one big difference. There won't be any people living in the city.

It will work as a testing ground（试验田）for futuristic technology. The new city is going to cost 1 billion dollars to build. When people around the world think of the new technology for cities in the future, they will be able to test it in the new city. Driverless cars, drones （无人机）, robots and different power systems are all ideas for the new city. In fact, anybody with a new idea can ask to test it. There will be no danger if anything goes wrong, because no people will be in the new city.

The new city is the idea of technology company Pegasus Global Holdings.
