Garlic(大蒜) is one of the healthiest foods for you. While garlic can't help you with your outdoor activities when you eat too much of it. Because the garlic has special smell when you eat it. It can make people far away from you. But it is really healthy for your body.

Garlic is well known because it can make some illnesses better. In the old time in China it is widely used. In Egypt, people had garlic to keep them healthy. For those people who have the high blood pressure (高血压), heart illness, garlic should become their best friend because garlic can make blood pressure lower. Studies have shown that just one part of garlic daily is enough to make blood pressure lower. Garlic is good for fighting cold. When we have a cold, we'd better take some garlic. Garlic is an excellent food forcuring illness. If we take garlic with other food rich in vitamin C (维生素 C), it helps white blood cells(细胞) to fight off the illness. If you have a sore throat, take two or more parts of garlic, cut-up or whole.

However, everything has two sides, we'd better not eat too much garlic, for it may cause stomachache.
