On Sunday, David got up early and hurried out of his house withoutbreakfast. He rode to the school gate and therealready several classmates there. At 8:00 a. m. , they got on the bus and left for the old people's home. They all felt . After they got there, their head teacher Lisa divided (划分) them into two groups—one for cleaning the rooms and the other forthe clothes.
All of them werewith their work and they made a difference to the old people's home. "It seems that you change our rooms into new ones," one of the old people said. Hearing that and seeing the look of joythe old people's faces, David and his classmates got a great of satisfaction.
